Insl-X Latex Traffic Paint is a fast-drying vinyl acrylic line-marking paint for concrete and asphalt, interior or exterior. It dries to touch in 30 minutes and goes on by brush, roller, or hand or automatic line marker. Reflective traffic beads can be broadcast into the wet paint at 6 pounds per gallon. This can is TP-2220 Black.

Marking lanes and spaces on streets, highways, parking lots and warehouse floors, on concrete or asphalt. Apply in dry weather with air and surface between 50 and 95°F; not on extremely hot surfaces.
