Cabot Problem-Solver Primer is a solvent-based exterior primer designed for faster drying and higher hiding. This 100% alkyd primer resists extractive bleeding and moisture problems, dries in a fraction of the time of traditional linseed oil primers, and takes a quality finish coat within a few hours. Dries to a uniform flat finish.
